in program files i go to microsoft games, then to solitaire and everything seems fine. after playing a while, the sound goes off. i notice too that when i exit, i have to restart the computer it auto goes into sleep mode and i have to change it to restart. it is crazy, cant explain it very well. If i exit game and go to other websites or home page it takes forever to get there; once i restart computer then it seems to work normally. should i avoid playing microsoft games?

If you keep too much distance between your seat and carrom board then you have to stretch your hand for playing, which can develop tension in the playing hand. Correct position to sit is to take comfortable distance between your seat and the carrom board and occupy more than half portion of your seat.
